🥘 Food & Drink ðŸ”¥ Made myself a gourmet cheeseburger today

Serious question - how are you coping with the lack of fibre?
Turns out fiber is not needed at all.

(Kelloggs won't tell you that though).

They claim fiber is needed for the gut microbiome because they need butyrate that's from fiber.

Utter horseshit of the highest order.

Butyrate is found is animal fat.

It was literally discovered in butter hence why it's called butyrate.

Can't tell if trolling or serious. And too afraid to ask.

Try some rice. It's kickass with minced meat and vegetables.

I’d eat it too if it weren’t for the raw meat inside.

Bro I'm afraid to open your posts :ROFLMAO: . If you want to eat "raw meat" at least use a steak cut and sear the outsides first then you can more safely eat the inner as tatar / blue rare. Ground beef mixes all the possible surface contaminants inside.

So you say I didn't destroy my health completely when I used to eat tatar 😭

The progress is very slow.

Is it eating meat mostly slowing down progress so much?

Judging by results I'd fear to try it again.

I tried it once, didn't make any difference and ketoists arguments have some misunderstanding in them. But I don't argue with people - I'm too old to stress myself over a bunch of reasoning.

Did I show you my gourmet 5 star Gordon Ramsay approved bacon meal?

Microwaved bacon with mayonnaise.

Bon appetit
