It's kinda nuts tho, like there aren't any other tax havens than Dubai... Also with nicer weather than constant heat there and less conservative about the women. I have a bit of an issue because my earnings are low so I need to spend at least some time in a calendar year in low cost places (also Sri Lanka's not a tax haven anymore after government change so I'm interested because of low costs of living nowadays). But if she can afford Dubai why she won't move her ass to Mauritius for example (just random more costly example, never been there)? What's so fuckin special about conservative Dubai with blazing desert heat?

That's their "meter" takings... actually that's not much considering the offers I've seen some model friends get out there, although they're probably spending a fortune out there before coming home too living that "influencer" lifestyle all for the "gram"... If they are not there just because income and corporate tax is lower, I imagine they just enjoy the kind of niche urban lifestyle they cultivated there. I have been there on holiday and I enjoyed it but personally wouldn't live there myself. It's one of those bs country's where you get like ten years for smoking a joint? F that. Considering how chocked full of Deanos it is there, I imagine there are work arounds but is it worth constantly looking over your shoulder over such petty things though?

Not just the women either, one of my brother mates is a male pt and fitness model. He got special treatment - showered with gifts, vip driven and so on by one of those shiekhs that wanted to spend the night with him. And he's a straight male, married with kids that was just there looking for work

100% spot on, I always say the same… I’ve been there but would never ever live there, it’s too “plastic”, even what little time I have spent there was probably enough for me.

AND yes the weed element is a big thing for me haha - there are people doing it there usually with thc vapes, I didn’t dare try when offered as you can get randomly swabbed, not as common as other countries out there but it happens.
