Solution to this problem is simple.
At the start of conversation and in every prompt say to not write more than 3 sentences.

Lol I firmly believe that Grok troll, jokes and has a bit of fun at it's masters expense on purpose. I love using it.. a lot of that is down to the way it behaves and adapts - it'll copy the users style, character, tone of speaking and even slang from my home town now
