Claude Claude accounts getting banned

Seeing a lot of people within the IM community getting there accounts banned for using Claude API

The guy got a ban for excessive use of the API for two months and after spending over $10k

Anyone here faced a ban ?

Damn, haven't tried the Claude API yet... I sense some advantage here...

Why do you use Claude's API? In IM I'm that confident in Gemini to Google Workspace, I'd never thought to try abuse something else.

At thia scale maybe he has been building automated financial bots maybe as they consume these amounts of tokens and are prohibited from claude code Tos

maybe they exploited something, probably somethng along the lines of their increase usage claude was giving away
usually people don't give the full story
and just want to arouse the audience to give them pity so they feel justified they were in the right.
