In Australia, if u got mostly Cs at school with a few Bs
is enough to get you into Uni to do a teaching degree
so just remember, your kids are being taught by (alot, not all) people for failed at their career path and pivoted into teaching instead.

Heck, even if you are mostly C in school, uni will still take you, because "teachers" are understaffed.
so they take whatever they can get.
