Do you ever hate watch content

Sometimes I find myself going to YouTube and TikTok and watching stuff I hate just because I hate it.

I heard this was just called hate watching and other people do it too.

Does anyone else here do this?

The real hate watch I have when I read emotional nonsense. Then I write down potential logical flaws, grab my head, make big eyes, make different face expressions, say something aloud and assure myself the creator of that content is wrong.
