Bro I just found at a friend from HS is a full time incel now. Like the dude identifies as an incel and wears it like a badge of honor????

I thought being an incel was supposed to be a insult but I guess they call themselves that now.

Weird bridge for him to die on but whatevs I guess. Ever met a real life incel b4? I have apparently lol.

Hmmmmmmm hum hum hum

😐

I mean, I come from a very catholic country, so maybe that wasn't called 'incel' then but I'd say there's shittons of these 'your hips are too small for bearing children' dudes there.

what a day to be proud of everything! :ROFLMAO: I just think some people have too much time on their hands and use it the wrong way...

Never met one. I come from a country with really low divorce rate. IMO, presence of a father won't let boys grow into incels.

Like, people who can't get laid? Like reddit mods?

Yes, at least 2. You can build a robot instead of finding a person if you struggle with this condition. Usually it's coexisting with mental health disorders. If you have any type of social problems due to illness, you can simply do it in more transactional way. Simple.

I've been looking for workarounds since years due to disability... and feelings of grandeur. It's risky stuff, but it's the only way when your brain doesn't connect with normal people reality.

System disconnected.

As in the original terminology and meaning of an "Involuntary Celebate"? Those that have issues communicating and forming relationships with members of their attracted sex mainly due to social anxiety and awkwardness? Then yes.

If you mean the co-opted term that typically men (and not uncommonly women) use nowadays as means of expressing misogynistic and hatred views towards the opposite sex as a veil to shift blame for their own shortcomings? No, I have not, nor would I associated with those types of people.

A long time ago I worked with a guy who I would describe as a 'Incel'. Mid 20s, tall and good looking, came from a great family, good job, drove a nice car, had a decent personality with hobbies and interests, and could hold a good conversation. However, when it came to speaking with women, he was a bumbling buffoon. He genuinely had severe anxiety when speaking to women he was attracted to and the awkwardness always led to him being passed by. I'm no Casanova myself, but I never ran into much issue in the dating department... We'd often chat during lunch/smoke breaks and he'd ask advice on how to be more relaxed and less awkward around women. Never once did he blame them for his own issues and actively tried to work on himself. Last I heard he was married with kids. That to me is what a quintessential 'incel' is/was, not the abomination of what the term means today.

Whole thing is getting out of control.

One of my friends, as in friend friend, is a girl. After last christmas and ny we went to the shops to look for a gift for a mutual friend in our class and I just commented that she has put on weight over christmas, something which she agreed with.

And there was this old karen opposite us that started glaring at me then looked at her and told her I shouldn't be allowed to talk to her like that blah blah blah I tried to interject and she fucking pointinf her fingers at me telling me i'm self-entitled little man etc or something like that. Wtf. Basically just mad I said she looks fat.

I only said it because I know how much she likes going gym amd wondered what was up. She was just like uh huh and we awkwardly walked away :ROFLMAO:

Was this woman nuts or is it a sign of the times?

Well, sounds like you were rude. But people do gain weight after Christmas 🤷🏻. Still not the most cultured thing to say.

Not one who called himself an incel but I've known people who complained about not getting with their crush and then started blaming women for their virginity.

Not really. Maybe I have, but I tend to stay out of their way, as they have a pretty radical mindset that everyone is out to get them, which is kind of bizarre.

Maybe it was rude to whoever was butting in to a conversation I was having with a friend but I guess that works both ways!

Point was, seems you can't comment on women in anyway these days without being labelled 'incel'. Seen other examples a number of times now.

Chill dude, you're very obviously redpill, hateful and disrespectful towards women, from what I've noticed so far. You want people to not think you're this way? Then don't be this way lol.

Idk, you act like you watch a lot of that type of content so you probably have a better idea than me.
