I have a friend working there as a dev (not in the US though). Curious to hear his thoughts about this.

"Train AI" The excuse that never makes sense to circumvent privacy.

I see this as a wider concern myself, I get USA employee laws and just interests of a business as a whole.

But to train an AI on an actual human - they will never forget their characteristics it's almost like creating a digital twin.
