It’s early af here right now but I can’t sleep lol

I get up in the middle of the night but mostly it's 6am

I am fixing my sleep issues because I am recovering from my anxiety issues

I am at a big risk because it's hardly 3 hrs of sleep at the max and it's taking its toll on my health especially my brain because I get very angry easily

My wake up times are all over the place usually. Anywhere between 5am to 11am.

You need more options in the morning, 7 am for me, have to drive my kid to school, otherwise I'd choose 11am minimum

Better hide in the corner at night and evening hours.

Today I woke up at 7 PM because I didn't sleep at all and i slept at 10 AM
