To be fair I'm in a more developed rural area in Sri Lanka and that restaurant is also technically in the countryside in Poland so yeah 😂.

More interesting question is: what is media buying talent and how to grow one in your mind? :P I'm looking forward to becoming a wizardO of ultra cheap ads!

I feel need to turn stupid liabilities in my head into assets! 🌶️ :devilish::alien:🤑👹
Been living in another world for too long.

Fact: A person making ads lives beyond computer and screen.
Reaction to fact: Absolute shock.

Hint: be like that person.

You're looking for a part time job bro? 😂 Tbh I'm trying to get someone with previous experience if possible that's why I reached out to freelancers, some guy that was recently laid off from an agency and now someone that describes himself as a whitelabel 'agency'. Junior / intern not impossible but trying to get someone more experienced first because I'd have to train an intern so more work 😭.

Tbh this guy's ads didn't pass through quality assesment so will see how he does and if I need to get another one. Everything's under my MCC and under agency emails so I can unplug him if he starts crashing accounts or something. His previous ads were for (american) clinics so he does have some experience.

No. Part time revenue generation. Nothing to do with a job.

I am retired 28 year old man. I don't have much to do.

I don't offer any services and I have nothing to sell.

My only option is to build the life I want and wanted since I was 6 years old.

I only use affiliate offers. I also can craft a digital product, but that's beyond my current interests.

Quality assesment?

This sounds like being a potential resource, liability, asset. It's not my style to be reviewed every single day and it never worked well for me. My reports at jobs were alienated. I felt like in a fight or flight mode and dissatisfaction was bigger than eating food found in a trashcan.

To be someone's resource, it requires completely different skillset than driving traffic to affiliate offers and making dumb yet engaging things for targeted people.
I have more experience with the latter, maybe 5 years in total doing it casually.

When it comes to being a resource, I have 3 years of stupid experience and I found it a lot harder to win anything when you are limited by someone's vision of who you are and what you can do.

How mass job market works is determined by things I don't tend to think about. One stupid sentence and they fire you - what challenge is that to be quiet, bring "good news" and "do your job"? I think it's a foolish game in a badly designed system of jobs that people start to realize is outdated.

A job is typically one narrow area to be occupied with. Maybe you can find a job like being a psychologist or a coach and analyze hundreds of visions of other people, but you could as well write a book about visions and sell it to certain people - a lot more challenging than sending CVs, but it's more like own school.

If you manage to get anything of the game you play, accumulate enough money, you can live off stocks, bitcoin and this type of stuff.
Jobs give money here and now, but they don't give direct market understanding. It doesn't matter how well paid and ambitious a job is - it rewires your brain to be what I mentioned before. The system we choose determines who we are - we don't have a chance to define ourselves. There's no opportunity to go full blown passion mode in it.

It's a type of challenge to not offer services to people and live. It's a challenge to not have a college degree. It's a challenge to be different.

I wrote it for myself, but decided to click "post reply".

I got a "gut feeling".
I get jobs piss you off. Same, actually. That's why I'm hiring instead 😂. Fr tho. But onboarding the client AND new test whitelabel (or rather two eh) is tiring too.

We design our systems. I find it motivating that one day my system will be coherent and work smooth. It's not something people achieve overnight. It feels like building something meaningful. Trying so many things and seeing failure as an opportunity to fix errors each time... it feels like true self-improvement and something to be excited about.

Yepp, feels quite exciting actually 😁. My lil business. Actually resembles a business 😂. Def a lot of work in the background though and just lost 2 weekends for recruiting and setting everything up but now I hopefully can just leave him alone with the ads and order the rest from elsewhere and go get more clients and focus on client aqusition eh. I want to actually have a weekend this time. But the way it's setup I'm able to test multiple whitelabels ie give each one 1 ad account and see how they do 😂. But hopefully he'll do this campaign ok, it'd be easier to just give him the next one. But yeah, if he misbehaves I can unplug. And I have 2nd analytics (yandex metrica) on my account to double check him and also if google is reporting correctly or scamming us all 😂.
