I finally decided to get tested for ADHD.

Went to a neurologist, and he asked me a bunch of questions from this DSM-5 checklist thing.

He said you only need to hit 5 out of 18 criteria to meet the basic ADHD standard, and I hit 14.

So yeah, hopefully I’ll get a MOXO test soon and finally deal with this shit properly.

All you need to do is yell at people and trash things around yourself, boom, you have schizophrenia diagnosis and free medication for life + disability.

For people who are neurodivergent... if you want to make your problems worse, read about medication side effects - it's bullshit because it's just confirmation bias, but you can try on yourself and you'll experience extreme, crippling anxiety.

i passed this test https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minnesota_Multiphasic_Personality_Inventory and had schizophrenia aka "Odd thinking and social alienation", also had good on "psychopathic deviate" because I upload bad videos to youtube and can't switch to white hat

I'm very easily distracted, can'y stay focused on one task, can't stay organized.. the usuals I think..

That's like, majority of people in Poland, tho . Most people on sales dms/calls act like this.

I was looking at €850+ for a proper test, not some Google Form... Case worker is a star at trying to smash things through though

Covered by insurance. without it, could've been around the same cost here

I think I was honest. It's the type of things many people relate to I guess.
Like "do you find it difficult to stand in long lines?" Like.. duuhhh who doesn't?

All millennials would be in a psychiatric institution if we were to be tested by 70s standards.

Well, I suppose about 30% worldwide population is disabled in some way.

During one's lifetime, everyone is disabled at least once.

Culture of staring at monitors for days in a row or even months doesn't help. You need emotional hygiene....

I can understand working 200 hours if you're working offline creatively, but by no means at single task stuff. Computers don't cooperate with me when I stare at them for too long. My muscles ask for help too.

Our lives aren't hard enough. Let's make them harder with mental health tests nobody passes.

I meant like if they set the bar too low it means a lot more people might get the diagnoses when they might not really have adhd.

It shouldn’t be harder to pass just more accurate at identifying adhd than a 5 out of 14 score.

Because it's just the "barrier" to get the more objective test. I say more objective rather than objective because by the way the doctor described it, you can probably "force".

It's called MOXO, and it's essentially a computerized attention test.
