Well, One Minute is too short.. Can we just increase the edit time limit to atleast 2 or 3 mins?

Yep that checks out. I think at least 5 - 10 min range would be appropriate

It might be set at the usergroup level.

Okay, so Sapphire members had a 5 minute timer.

Founding and OG Members now have a 10 minute timer.
