Question is for what are qualifications needed anymore when nearly everybody enters the final stage of world cup anyways.

Basicly the most corrupt FIFA President of all times gives a fuck about europe and south america and their tradition and demands and is able to do so by offering small irrelevant countries more money in exchange for their vote.
Kap Verde for example has the same vote power as UK even there lives only arround 500k people and they barly have any kind of soccer there
