Because it's easier to do everything white hat way, just make a real account and be real yourself.

Gone are the years of ranking 100s of websites effortlessly. Today effort of is not worth it.

I resign from it. There are too many people willing to help you today on the internet. People live off donations... it was hard as hell to live off donations in the past. Today it's normal.

It was super easy to rank black hat site. Today it's super hard and people end up with negative ROI. Let's be real, AI is the big brother who knows and understands every step and every single manipulation.

TikTok, YT, IG, FB - all have what essentially Vine was.

That’s where the money is. You can start right now and if you hit the right niche with the right content, millions of views.

I didn't know him but have seen people mention him here.

Seemed to be someone well known in the community so it is always sad when someone like that passes.

Greg was a good man. Sure, maybe a little ban happy sometimes. But he was a mentor and a true blue blackhat. One of the OGs when it came to Facebook marketing and other local Seo stuff.

He was a fine man and he will be sorely missed.

BTB bro last posted on May 14. Bunch of other people I'm talking to noticed he went MIA and the staff were quiet about it. Some thought he might've been fired but I don't think they'd be stupid enough to try painting it like he died.

There may be some credence to this. They’re saying they are fully staffed at the moment. BTB did a lot of work behind the scenes.

They either already replaced him before the day he died, he either resigned, or they just straight up replaced him when he got sick/started declining.

Yea it's possible but some groups I'm in have been talking about this and we all noticed that they've been slow af with resolving reports and handling issues on the forum in general. BTB was doing way more than they realized and the last couple of months have been raising questions with lots of people.

They're going to say they're "fully staffed" when they're not cause they don't want to advertize a vulnerability or that they're struggling. No job adverts or anything else so it's doubtful they replaced him yet.

Idk on yt I see some channels that get very little views from shorts but built something good w/ normal length videos. And I don't mean old channels from before shorts existed. So this makes me confused. Good thing about shorts is that they are, well, short, so if you're shit at editing like me, you can practice on shorts, get some traffic and then expand to normal length videos idk. I mean isn't shorts paying less ad revenue than normal and long videos? If you just do aff links or your own stuff then ad revenue doesn't matter but like I said I saw some channels that got only 1-2k views on shorts and they started doing normal videos and that got normal amount of views. Not trying to troll just wondering... Any of you guys had to drop yt shorts and do normal vids instead because shorts weren't profitable? What about these channels that have shorts with millions of views... Do they earn less than full length videos? I'm a believer in the power of yt, saw what it can do and how wild it all is before they introduced shorts. Just idk about shorts, what do you guys think and how do you solve the typical problems with short form content...

Game plan is different for short form and long form.

Experience from one is barely transferable to another.

On long form you need good metadata and video to rank or be visible.

On shorts you need to hook the viewer with pure insanity and keep them stuck to the screen, so they don't swipe.

I see people posting grey hat videos with their face. I wouldn't expect that, but that's what it is.

For me long form offers CPM $3. It can reach $30 per 1000 views or more but unlikely.

Short form lets you reach millions of views and 1 million views is $10 - $100.

I think if you put white hat, non-profit like me, you can do both.

For grey hat I only do long form because I can't monetize it with Adsense.

I need to live in society more. It looks interesting. The opportunity just isn't available in a random forest I'd sleep in, only bugs and zero people there.

I don't fear that because it can be done with everyone's face.

If someone does something with your face, your audience won't know it. Making it isn't enough. Will you know it? Maybe someone will send you their AI adult work but I doubt it.

I don't need to show my face either.

I don't know what I need yet.
