I have a long flight coming up soon. I'm talking 11 hours. I don't know if this is a long flight for everyone but it is for me.

I've done 5 hour flights but 11 hours on top of all the lines sounds like misery.

What do you do to deal with these long flights? I'm looking for anything to ease the pain and discomfort.

Pay the premium for comfort. I've done 1st and business class on long haul flights, id never go back to cabin.

That said noise canceling headset (a quality one), music and sleep if budget is a thing.

I paid for 1st only once and it was during COVID.

There was some shit going on at the time cause not as many people were going on flights so that "1st class" was nothing more than cabin closer to the front. Literally no other difference. Complete BS but I can try it again next time.

Noise canceling headset sounds like a good idea. Fucking babies screaming the whole time piss me off.

Thanks bro.

Ah was that like a short flight normally your behind a curtain or something, agree not much difference there depends on the airline though.

I've only done long haul on the main brands so its a little different compared to say UK to Germany 1st class

Yeah ll them short flights will all do the same thing, sat at the front so you can die first in a crash, give you a towel and make you feel like your important but it's not warranted a bed, large seat, tv because of the duration of it.

Only been a baller hand full of times and for short flights gone private but that was down to location and needs more than anything!

I can't handle long flights. Lost a lot of projects and opportunities over this but I just can't do that.

I'm scared of planes and don't have a passport anyway.

Turbulence would kill me.
