I don't need to introduce this term and what drastic change it can bring in one's life if done regularly but do you guys meditate regularly and since how long have you been meditating?

I have been meditating since 2018 and I feel like I could do it all day but I see there are members from this forum who do yoga regularly so they are spiritually connected in a way.

I do meditation everyday even if it's for 15-20 mins and I usually do inner child meditation and also anger release by Louise Hay because there is so much emotional baggage we all carry

A person who keeps his emotions in check and has control over his mind can do amazing things in life

You can also post the link to the blogs/videos so we can all learn and serve the society in the best way we can

I am linking both the meditation videos for anyone looking to heal there inner child or has anger issues

The inner child one you can watch till 12.20 mins offcourse always good if watched till the end but not needed

Here's the anger release one:

Yes, I do meditate! I’d say I do it a few times a week.

It’s mostly to help me calm down or try to see things from another perspective if I’m not understanding someone.

Yes, I do meditation and Yoga.

7 Chakra Meditation..

Vipasana Meditation..

Mantra Meditation, Pyramid Meditation and other 10+ ancient meditation techniques that can't be explained

I did Master of Yoga and Meditation .
Once after completing it, I offered Free yoga Teachings Like 1 hour in the morning ..

As long as I teach like 75 + people in Drug readdiction Centre..

It also helped me to do Yoga and Meditation daily. I've not charged or accept any money even though they forced..

One of the reason :- I was about to practice daily, I consider Teachings as Golden opportunity which really helped me as well in so many ways..

Now, I practice daily..
Thanks for this Thread 😍

No, never tried it. I'm not that spiritual, I prefer playing guitar or reading a book in my off time.

I bought a fat-ass book for meditation and I haven't opened it since (more than a year).

I keep postponing.... the consistency and effort it takes is too much for me.

Not regularly but few times a week.

You don't need to read books for learning meditation..

If you have time, just seated in any comfortable position by closing the eyes..

You might get so many thoughts. Don't go with any such thoughts instead concentrate on breath in and breath out..

Practice this! Thats how the basic meditation works..

If you want to study, I suggest you to learn about chakras in human body.. That's it simple!

What do you think about the Sadhu Board as a tool in meditation? I bought that thing lol, from Etsy.

On Amazon, I think you'll get one for less than $100, but I paid close to $250 as it was hand-made (people didn't recommend Amazon boards as the nails might not be evenly attached to the board)

It's painful as hell. Like 5 minutes and your legs start shaking in pain.

I've used it 3 times I think... need to get back to it and with this whole meditation thing... I wanted to go extra hard.

Wait, let me show you some pictures:

Yes, we call it as bed of nails ;)
True! it hurts & painful at the start.. but
if you manage to concentrate on something else, you won't feel the pain..

Its mainly used for pressure points stimulation, balancing , Healing ..

Don't be complicated, Start with simple techniques..

My mom did something similar, it was 7 days, I think. And I can't tell if it was with Dhamma or another.
She has only good things to say about this experience.

7 days, ? I think there is something similar called zen meditation.. but I have not tried yet..

I got to know about this meditation from My brother who tried it and shared me his experience..

Vipasana is the most ancient Buddhist meditation technique and there are several other techniques similar to it.
