Implemented Count featured threads toward users' highlights score

I feel that featured threads are also worth acknowledging. I wouldn't count them separately because they kinda say the same thing and profiles already have a respected amount of stats that can overwhelm a newbie.

We can highlight featured threads, that’s a good idea.

I’ll go through and apply the highlight to the featured threads, that’s way it counts toward the highlight score.
