What is your daily diet like?

I am foodie person so when i strictly control my mind that no mean no then only i can control myself to stop eating any junk or sweet dishes otherwise most of the time i am eating something which increases my weight. :ROFLMAO:
 
Well intermittent fasting and then drinking it's like your not reaping the benefits really
Well so many people doing this.. eating dinner at 6 or 7 pm after that next day 10 am breakfast which helps to detox your body and health.
