What is your daily diet like?

How do you manage to buy food when so many put peanuts or milk in many things?
Here’s the rule: if it comes in a bag or a box that’s probably a no. I make the majority of my food at home. Some of my food comes from my land: chickens and pork.

I eat out with my wife a couple times a month and pay the price. Depending, it will just make me feel very tired for up to 12 hours, and possibly have to go to the bathroom 8+ times the next day. She’s worth it 😉

But this is fine because if I ate like that frequently I’d gain weight rapidly, feel like shit all the time, and shit all the time. As long as I don’t eat that stuff more than once a week I’m ok.

I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. It’s a weird thing that can act like celiac disease and Chron’s disease. The daily diet is pretty strict.

Makes sense thanks for explaining to me.

I knew a few people unable to eat peanuts or milk what surprised me is how often they add that into so many different things so could imagine buying food be pretty complex plus a few people companys lie about peanuts so even if you read it perfectly still risk of getting sick from it.

Well intermittent fasting and then drinking it's like your not reaping the benefits really
Why not?

It's like saying fasting then eating after is having no effect

This is different it's alcohol and that is proper food to have after fasting which is liquid
So no water or liquids after fasting?

Food is solids tho unless you have soup?

I said liquid but no alcohol I mean think of it like this you eat good food and then you take kinda poison for the body

As long as it helps you no worries 😜

Where I live they put MSG, high fructose corn syrup, soybean oil and sugar in everything. I almost always have bad reactions to any of that. Kills me because I had to ex out nearly all sauces of all kinds. And I love sauces. Hard to eat a salad with without a sauce for me. Or chicken wings. 😑

I get you sauces can be great.

One thing I like a lot from America not healthy but American whisky in food sauces can be incredibly tasty.

I was pretty surprised how unhealthy a lot of American food is.

I met Americans who were overweight after like 6 months in the UK many became much slimmer here because food quality here normally better. I can fairly easy buy soup mix for like £0.50 or other vegetables under pound. I can buy healthy food pretty cheap with little effort.

I am a type 1 diabetic so got follow pretty complex diet system for example sometimes I burn up sugar very fast even when I decrease my insulin doses

My wife is Canadian from Toronto. Every time her mom has come down to my house she doesn’t spare me from the fact that their food regulations are much better than ours.

Our food pretty much sucks and most other things you depend on daily. Sad to say.
