I have this, actually.
It works pretty well. It's not as fast as when I had fiber optic internet, but it gets the job done for a home network. I can stream 1080p videos at the most, but not 1080p 60FPS videos. Multiple devices are supported easily as well with no issues. You get IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.
The only problem I have with it is that it uses mobile IPs are not static, so if you have anything where you need a static IP, then there's nothing you can do about this.
On the bright side, it's actually handy to have this because the mobile IPs don't display your exact location and you get a new IP every 24 hours. It's kind of like always having rotating proxies active all the time, which is useful if you need to avoid detection or get around bans on websites that IP block you for whatever reason.
I hope this helps.
