  • Toxic mindset: Everything you do must be scalable and easily replicable.

But that's not how you can be an artist.
At most an engineer and a businessman, but a low-class one.

Fck scale, make money first then build a scalable system.

And of course... don't forget about beer, people, needs... You can make money (or even art!) but destroy the context and then what?! Yes, you'll cry in a lambo or worse, lose all playing alone at a casino.

Eliminated pathological scaling from my life and it feels so good to get passion instead of scaling. Finally my burgers and beef taste well. No more doing things in a rush to scale them, I don't automate much - even making simple graphics feels good - don't have to drag myself...
You can play affiliate marketing by lifetime value of the whole operation. Not CLV. Just... how much money in your whole life this will make you.
Sounds crazy? I think it's less crazy than thinking of affiliate marketing with "on per hour, day, month" basis.

Wrap the "ugly" task of coding in a "beautiful" environment, it takes the edge off the cortisol.

We can do it! Serotonin I'm coming!
Light a candle, code in physical notepad (maybe purple or pink one) and put on ambient music + 10/10 clothes.

I write code on my phone without AI. Funny. :) It's how I can do this even after beers. But I write code only sometimes, when there's real need. Love it. 🍀

Same thing applies to affiliate marketing as to other things. Your experience might be not enough until you hit 2 or 3 decades of doing different things. Stay in the business. Don't stop because you don't know what you're doing.

I think it's like consulting for large group of people.

Normal consulting doesn't scale as hard as YouTube or SEO.

I don't depend on clients, so potential is infinite. Clients limited me as hell. Ditched them and now I have it all for my company.

Next limiting thing are affiliate networks. Their offers are hard to convert using ethical ways.

I'll have to change affiliate mindset as well.

Great idea to create a company based on beautiful idea instead of greed and hunger for money.

Hunger for money disappeared in me after 3 years of hard work when I was 16 years old.

We don't aim for results next month or next quarter. We have a vision for next 10 years. And we're value-based company, not profit-driven company.
Your money making skills aren't that good.

Admit that and improve. Realize you don't know! The more you realize you don't know, the easier it's to understand why you're stuck.

I was stuck for a long time. Thinking I have great skill. Bullshit. With each year I learn so much more previous years look like 1000s of mistakes.

I don't know why I said "making money".

    It's about any skill.

    Aim for black belts.
Alright, we will start with a simple 1 - 3 minutes format videos for my new project.

My previous company has never been deployed due to lack of networking, bad location and I felt something... I was so sorry for the whole SEO industry having to write these boring articles. I couldn't handle that my articles would be uninformed.

I just can't handle writing for nobody and charge people for that.

I couldn't make a fcking decision for 5 years - what to do?! Too many things. And I got some epiphany after years that I can do everything if I just do it properly.

Simply stream and talk on the internet. Ad revenue is enough. Ads are enough.

You just have to not dive too deeply into one thing if you want to be generalist or person of many colors.

I rewired my brain successfully to ignore specialized engineering.
Don't build SaaS for cash flow.
Build SaaS on side for 5 years and think of it like S&P500 because this is the point of SaaS - long term gameplay.

Find couple investors and build tons of features people genuinely need.

I have no idea about SaaS but I tried once and I let it go because... I really didn't have game plan. I didn't know who really needs it. I think audience for my AI SaaS was too small.

Also I made a giant mistake.

I used C#, node, PHP, React all at the same time.

I shattered my focus like crazy.

I should have just use vanilla js and vanilla PHP because it's so simple in the beginning.

I should have done it in very small MVP.

The pain of burnout was insane. I had to get on psychiatric meds after all the stress I had.

Once you generate money with it, you can reinvest in more modern tech stack, but let's be fcking honest.

Modern tech stack is useless for MVP.

Learn to sell? That's generic advice.

    Think of hyper personalized advice.

For me that's running livestreams with courses and videos on YouTube. I think it's a pretty good aim! Selling is just a side effect of a good system!!!

What I was trying to say, you need a product to sell first. Maybe something like product-market fit.

It'd be really easy to sell product-market fit. You wouldn't need to do phone calls like certain people advise me... I'm not working on high ticket products, so phone is pretty much... doable with AI calls.

    And also connect them together.

Instagram or Tinder aren't places to make money. If you try to make money via them, you're gonna need very high level of skill.

YouTube and Google are very easy in comparison. It doesn't take much thought. All you need to do is upload to YouTube and write blog posts for Google.

    Instagram can't be monetized.
    Tinder too.

It isn't worth anything unless it's very well targeted.

Maybe it's an alternative to making YouTube bots which I would consider nonsense with today's AI detection algorithms.

I'm trying to connect everything together. Been thinking about it on and off to get as much as I can with close to zero effort. Pure reasoning and IM methods development.

My brain has hard time processing complex logic.

    That means 4/10 movies.

I love it. People gon sign up to my newsletter. If I say something stupid, I'm gon answer "I am stupid, but I'm alive and I run the newsletter instead of stopping because I'm stupid".

We as humans don't do shit because we fear people are gonna think we're stupid. Critique can be only held when you accomplish absolute hyper awareness of own stupidity.
When I was 10 years old there was a library of 200 movies. I thought it's everything.

Today, when I'm 28 I look at content and I see it's infinite amount of movies and content.

Experiments are very hard to perform when you depend on automation. It sucks.

You get jobs that pay little like $5 an hour.
You can't live 5 days without money as it feels like someone took away all oxygen from you.
You work 9-5s and don't get concept of business.
You sell time instead of products.
    And plenty more.
