For example community vote what the best post in last 3 months is, and that member gets something. :) I am still learning here so not sure what i can do with karma :D

Well, giving members some kind of a reward each month or each 3 months, for example, Sapphire Member status or something... So most helpful members for the community to get sapphire status. Community should vote for them, for example... :) More helpful tips from members more members will come :)
