Advice on sales thread

Please suggest me an advice on my sales thread if there any corrections.


20+ years of experience in data entry work.

We are basically a Back office support cum web development company with 24 hours operation. Our USP is high quality services in reasonable rates. Our services includes Data entry, web research, E-commerce Product/catalog maintenance, Photoshop work, Customer Support, Forum moderation, Real Estate/Corporate research etc. Our charges can be as cheap as $2.5 per hour for Big projects.

Quality, Accuracy, Reliability and Response are main Objectives of our Progress.

Here some more detailed work information which i can do:

1. Providing data entry services. ( Manual data Input work)

3. Part Time/Full Time VA weekly/monthly service, also available on weekends too.
4. Data Extracting from the given sources.
5. Copy paste the detailed information from given source to excel with research manually their contact details(Name, Address, Contacts etc.).
6. Add products in E-Commerce sites. (Product Listing on Wordpress, Shopify, Ebay, Amazon Seller A/c, X-Cart etc.)
7. Cold Email Marketing or Email Customer Support (content will be provided by client)
8. Converting pdf to excel/ word. (Typing on Word, Excel and Notepad)

@payal23j, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and leave this thread up. However, I made a couple of adjustments to it. Namely, I put the sales thread content you want reviewed between quotes tags.

I can imagine there will be other people who genuinely want to have their sales content reviewed for tips and advice. I'd like to find a way to allow that whilst preventing anyone from circumventing the rules on selling, so I'll be trying out different tactics whenever these types of threads get posted.

Maybe it could be posted in the Sapphire section by Sapphire members as one is meant to be upgraded before selling anyway .. just a thought .. it is a balance .. maybe setup a feedback category there, maybe clean threads out after a while, I don`t really know, just thinking out loud right now.

I think those are solid ideas. Maybe allow sales content feedback for Sapphire Members in a dedicated section, that way we give Sapphire another perk and can reduce the chances of people signing up just to skirt the rules.

3. I'm not a fan of text heavy images, and I think that centered list are horrible, but that's just one man's opinion.

I have very little understanding about data entry and how expertise in that field affect the outcome. But from the perspective of a client, I don't relate to it.

Don't explain why you're the best, show me how hiring *you* benefits me.

With all due respect, you can't get this sales thread right, even in the most basic form, but you advertise Photoshop and editing skills...

Stop doing yourself a disservice. Why should people hire you if they can see that you can't handle the tasks here and need help from others?

Okay but I haven't say anything related to content writing or editing. Data entry is different as compare to content writing. And no one helping me while doing my data entry projects, they just helping to make good content with all information what I can do.

Hey @payal23j, nice to meet you here as well. :D my humble opinion about the sales thread: it's boring, and the same text is used over and over again. One of my USP was the storytelling of the vault in the beginning about adventures in daily life. I can recall a guy from the other marketplace that created a sales thread with his dog. He made some pictures and added some really weird but recognizable elements (yeah I can't recall sorry).

This text and sales pitch are not representing the quality of work you've delivered to me back in the days.

Just my 2 cents.
