Meta Ray Bans and these other smart glasses are getting talked about a lot.

I've seen them over the years but never knew any one wearing them.

Today I saw someone actually wearing the Meta ones and that got me wondering if these are picking up.

Are there any benefits to getting these and should I just pass?

If you want to film something more discreetly or hands-free, then sure, they've got a purpose. Just keep in mind that whatever you're filming might end up being seen by someone else as the data gets sent back to the company's servers.

On a related note, I swear these companies have been trying to make these smart glasses a thing for years. They weren't picking up before because they were too bulky (among other issues), yet they just kept pushing them out until eventually they finally gained some level of traction.

These new ones look more like regular sunglasses, but the prices is what's going to keep more people away from them. Unlike smartphones, I can't see anyone happily financing their AI smart glasses.

i remember seeing this on the news
it was funny as fuck lol

I like those glasses. I don't have them myself, but I have tried them on before, and they are pretty comfortable. They feel like real glasses, just with a hidden video recorder. One thing I don't like is the storage. If I remember correctly, they can only record short videos.

Never used them, ut buyng a pair of ugly eye wear as most of the smartglasess are is never going to e on the table for me, looks like shitty toy stuff.
