The account & Lists button on Amazon would be so much easier to click if not for this ridiculous sports ad they placed directly underneath it...

Really, the button was just unclickable for a bit and seemed to break the page briefly.

The thing is, I'm sure this placement was intention so that you would accidentally click the ad...

100% that’s the reason why. The ad might be there for the sake of exposure to get you talking about it.
