Because US admin is really predictable and obviously doing things around the times markets close or open, is there any way for the average person to profit off this also?

I agree with the post above. If you have some insider information or are really good at predicting future events, you may have some luck.

People are predicting what’s happening because the POTUS is making his moves obvious. I saw some people buy certain stocks or something related to oil. It’s a little outside my knowledge set but you could always use that info as a starting point.
