Reddit gets stricter by the day.

I have a hard time creating new accounts even with GrapheneOS + Pixel phones + Real 4G connection from my SIM provider.

Right now, it only lets me create a couple of accounts per day.

Is anyone else here using GrapheneOS with Reddit?

Thanks

Wooo, real business uses of Graphene, loving this. Too bad it doesn't work too well.

Why not just use a browser with a residential IP? As far as I know, account creation isn’t the issue. The problem is the account warm-up process. Many accounts fail because they start taking actions too quickly.

His idea good you can easy use multi IP changing browser

they banned a few of my dormant accounts that was on multiple android phones(ones on my old phones). No posts, made accounts and left it like I usually do. Used it only to view posts(no upvoting) it kept getting banned from November. 4 accounts without any warnings.

Ever since their partnership with Google they have slowly started to become stricter and better. Reddit is an excellent parasite. It will rank on top and even outrank major sites for any niche. It was also abused for instant traffic.

Example: Until last year you could make a post like "Where to buy XYZ replica in *location name*" and it would rank on #1 page in a few days if you manipulated it with upvotes and fake conversation.

Antidetect browser used to work until last year. Accounts get banned now with a few days of use.

I am proficient with antidetects and other things (when it comes to browsers) but that is no use for me because I need to use the accounts too and it gives me trouble when I try to transfer one account into the devices I am using.

Graphene is android too. Stripped down for security but works the same way.

You can create 32 user profiles in a single phone, like a clone app, but strongly separated.

And it is not working anymore.

Reddit premium is only 5 USD/EUR something... have you tried to pay for at least a month for each account? This is the only thing on my mind right now to make sure the accounts survive.

Might be a waste of money, but this is why i am asking.

With Reddit, I find they don't really give a shit ie don't go deep in to bot detection as long as you just fly under the radar. That 'radar' depends on what you're doing but I find you lose points with Mobile IPs which seem to have bene given lower 'quality scores'.

Didn't used to be much of a problem but is now.

Also you lose further points for using browser instead if their app. Just have to play the waiting game and slowly warm up the account.

Had this idea before. But i didnt want to use my own card nor could i find a clean bin(VCC)

But they did suspend my real account with a paid plan last year. Had my real card information and was only use on my own IP and proper device.

Tried this for Linkedin, but they ban within a month. Tried buying paid plan on Linkedin and then using it for engagement

I have multiple Pixel phones. Each of them can have 32 user profiles. By the current pace, when I have all the phones filled with Reddit accounts, the war in Ukraine will be over, Bitcoin will be at $500K, and BHW has released Marketplace 3.0

I can literally create 2 accounts per day. Unfortunately, it takes way too long, can't play the waiting game like that.

Sellers are asking a lot for Reddit accounts, and I don't plan to buy any since the risks are way too high.

I use Revolut on my main account and haven't had any issues.

So I will likely just create new VCCs for each of my Reddit accounts with Revolut and will let you know how it goes. That 5 USD per account would be a small investment considering how much the sellers are asking (if it even works this way).

They have now changed the price from 5.99 USD to 7.49 EUR - almost doubled it for new accounts that were created this year.

The issue isn't the price because the ROI is good if the accounts don't get suspended. Unfortunately almost most of them just keep getting suspended unfortunately. None of those sellers i get from offer more than a few hours warranty and are not honest about suspension before purchase.

Great. Let me know how your tests go

At what point did your own accounts get suspended?

It takes a couple of posts, and that's that?

Something like that. But the issue with reddit is. Once the accounts get suspended most time the posts disappear.

We had better success when we created account from the scratch rather than buying accounts farmed (for reddit)

If you're suddenly getting that message I think it's something along the lines of 'something went wrong' or 'try later', using same methods and devices at this point I think it would likely be a sign they must have introduced more hardware and device (OEM) specific paramters. I would take a somewhat informed guess and say it has something to do with a lack of Advertising / Google Play Services specific IDs that come built in to stock Android devices that have the right license. Can't do that with other Custom ROMs or even a lot of cheap shitty Chinese Android phones are missing some.
Or it possibly might have something to do with the sensor data (or lack of) relating to hardware, which Graphene blocks quite effectively.

Sucks if that's the case, in either case, though I still think Reddit is still fairly lenient compared to most sites. I think they just go after the political trolls and more 'serious' criminal's mostly.

That being said, there are tonnes of subs like botwatch and redditbothunters that have redditors going after advertisers and any kind of astro turfers now to look out for now too.

I am creating them with another random headless browser cannot recall the name at this minute, but the 1 account i created last week is still alive.

Using public proxies.

I am going to automate it tomorrow.

Kinda hate reddit since they locked me out of my account. New kind of ban, your account and password are correct but on login it shows it is incorrect.
Even with email login link it doesn't let you enter.

Yeah I have that issue as well.

Invite link is not working... 2FA not working either.

Then all of a sudden, it lets me log in... but it can take hours.

I told reddit support with an alt, and they said it is working as intended. Fuckers
