@back2form - National Apple Pie Day and you showed up late.

That’s strike 1 for the year already

Anyway... how are you going to make up for this?
You better be thinking the same thing I’m thinking :sneaky:

That looks super yummy as a snack, but for me, as a full meal (lunch or dinner), plain white rice, fries, and any good curry (especially pork/lamb/mutton/chicken/fish) are a must. In our Northeast India, rice is like an addiction. It's Rice Day all year round for us.

My sister's seriously complaining about this and pushing potatoes any time she can 😆. I'm ok with rice, couldn't eat it daily, though.
You won't believe how obsessed we people in Northeast India are with plain white rice. Some even eat rice, fries, and curry for breakfast! For me, rice is a must at lunch and dinner. Once in a while, I love having tortillas with fries and curries. Any of the curries or fried dishes must have potatoes in it for me - I just love them!

Huh.. Rice makes everything Nice 👈
Yeah, the thing is in Poland I used to also eat buckwheat and other groats, not rice only (rice too, but not daily). Here in Sri Lanka on the other hand there's rice rice rice but many varieties of it, I think in Poland we only had 2 or 3 lol. I actually like a carb based meal but wish I could source buckwheat sometimes... But red rice for example is very tasty. She's more of a potatoes person 😆. For me it's ok sporadically but daily potatoes based meals would just stuck in my throat, idk. It's very heavy in comparison to rice or groats.
