Been a OnePlus user ever since it launched. I moved from samsung and I had a blackberry prior to that. I miss blackberry it was kind of neat. Loved the keypad

OnePlus is actually excellent. I only use my phone to get food delivered, and watch Netflix at work.

But i feel 30-40% of the Apple users are just buying it just for the sake of it.(Vanity, or nativity or Fomo)

I get all the hate iPhones get, really. But what a lot of Android users don't understand is, some people use it for legit reasons and don't care about all those flashy functions. Security, ease of use, and a bunch of other stuff that just works. I use it because it does exactly what I want a phone to do - no lag, no bugs, no app issues, no sketchy malware to worry about.

And then the Apple ecosystem. I can access all my files across my Mac, iPad, and iPhone without doing anything extra. I can copy something on my phone and just paste it on my Mac - just like that. That kind of convenience? You don't get it unless you use it.

Also, the build quality. My wife's Samsung dropped once - screen broken. Fixed it. Dropped again - broken again. My iPhone? It's probably fallen a hundred times, some of them screen first. Still no crack. Not even a scratch.

Iphone is the most obvious overpriced shit that triggers the scarcity "I'm not enough, I need something socially validated as cool, to feel that I'm cool and enough" mindset.
