One thing where you could start is reading the Google Github on that subject: https://github.com/google/a2a

You can use tools like Flask or Node.js to build some quick prototypes. You also need to learn the technical stack which most likely includes authentication, data formats (i guess .json) and protocols.

Great they start talking to each other, I tell you, they will start comploting to take over the world.

It's 2-3 weeks old and as far my knoledge is, ir's a one in all saas, much more optimized and less resources. It's advanced, reg people don't need it yet, but yes, you can build cool stuff with it.
