I've been needing to have calming ambience in the background while I work so I can focus better.
I heard about bilateral sound apparently being really good at calming people, and it has been working really well for me.
The thing is that you don't really get the full calming effect if you aren't using headphones to listen to it. It's something about the sound alternating between our left and right ears that stimulates the brain.
Does this sound calming to anyone else? Or is it just me?
Also, I'd love to know if anyone else has any types of background music and ambience they use to focus on work.
