Hello,

Is anyone here doing high ticket sales? Which payment processor do you use?

Any suggestions are much appreciated!

I'm using AirWallex, which is convenient and fairly cheap.
Used to use Payoneer but it was very expensive, both in fees and exchange rate.

Both can handle payments of $10K+

Darn I have an Airwallex account since 2020 never knew it but curious the other party also needs to have an Airwallex to send payment or how does it really work?

It's like Wise, no? You get IBANs?

It just allows you to open local bank accounts everywhere, so clients can wire you locally instead of internationally. The other party doesn't need an AirWallex account .

You haven't faced any issues of account limitations or anything of that sorts yet right?

No, I run 80% of my business through that.
Withdrawals are also pretty simple.

Most of them to be honest, can handle that.

You just need to tell them at application sign-up what the AOV is. People often get into trouble when they say the orders will be 5-50 and then start taking payments for 1k+

I use stripe. No issue I put payments through from 2.00-15k! Never had a problem.

If you have an unguided user flow, where they come, decide on a package and go ahead and pay, then you'd be better off working with Stripe. You should also reach out to Adyen, they specialise in people who do high ticket sales and move volume. I have clients who are in the event industry that use Adyen.

Have a conversation with their preliminary sales team and ensure you convey your AOV as @t2van recommended.

However, if there is a consulting element included then go with an MOR (that accepts services) or a banking first partner such as AirwalleX or Wise.
