Beta Testing Hub Rules​

This forum is dedicated to Founding, Platinum, and Sapphire Status members who need members for beta testing and obtaining constructive feedback on services or products. It is not intended for sales, promotions, or advertising.

1. No Pre-Selling or Upselling
   • Whilst you are allowed to list your own products and services here to beta test them by members, you are prohibited from using this section to pre-sell, upsell, or promote paid services. All offerings here must be free and without obligation. This ensures the section is not misused as a workaround for the trading post. If an offer no longer becomes free or any of these rules are violated, the thread will simply be locked.
2. No Data Harvesting
   • Collecting personal information such as emails, phone numbers, or any other user data is strictly forbidden.
3. Authentic Feedback Only
   • Requests for fake reviews or any form of dishonest feedback are not allowed. All feedback should be genuine and based on actual experience with the service or product.
   • Additionally, if you're taking this and are required to leave feedback, you must leave feedback. Failure to do so will result in your account being barred from using this section.
4. Required Information in Posts
   • Each post needs to include:
     • Description: A brief overview of the service or product.
     • Tester Requirements: Any specific criteria or expectations from testers.
     • Testing Duration (if applicable): The time frame for the beta test.
     • Feedback Expectations: Details on how feedback should be provided.
5. Respect and Professionalism
   • Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions. Personal attacks, harassment, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
6. Compliance with General Forum Rules
   • All general forum rules apply to this section. Please make sure any content in here adheres to our Terms and Rules.
7. Delivery Is Required
   • If you're sending someone something for a review, you must deliver what you say you're going to deliver and nothing else.
   • Non-delivery or abuse of this section will result in your account being barred for using this section.
