Implemented Closing Time Limited Threads

@Zwielicht / @Impulse , is there functionality for the OP to be able to close their own download / giveaway threads?

I don't mind sharing any udemy courses etc that might be of interest to members,but these now seem to be limited in terms of the longevity of the coupon codes. So to save you guys additional work, is there an option either to auto lock a thread or allow the poster to go back if the code is expired, to lock it themself?

I might be able to do that if I can give members permission to lock their own threads in that section. I’ll check this out later.

I seriously thought you said $82. I come across some stupidly-priced add-ons sometimes that do basic stuff I've been able to code myself.

Hey, this add-on can also work for the Trading Post so that sellers can lock their own thread if they go on vacation or something.

I'll enable it just for the giveaway sections for now, but it's another use for it.

Edit: it's been added in and it works as it should.
