Resolved Discounts/Freebie Section

In either Internet Marketing or Office Outlaws
We should make a section dedicated to Discounts/Freebie
(With the prefix of either Discount or Freebie).

For obvious reasons, we would need to make sure there is very strict and air-tight rules here.
Pointing out some obvious rules that we should have
- This cannot be a product/service of OO but rather something like

ChatGPT Plus Subscription is 80% off during this weekend! (we all wish lol)

Asana Academy's Workflow Specialist Certificate program FREE until EoM (March 2025) RRP $299 (This is actually real!!!)

- We would also have a rule on what type of discount/freebie can be posted. Could be IM related or could be a bit more laxxed.
- Thread created MUST report the thread when the offer is done to keep it tidy and clean.
- strictly referrals stuffed coupons for the sole purpose of affiliate spamming

Reasoning
Every dollar saved in Internet Marketing is a dollar earned right?
Research is a skill, not everyone knows how to search for things
Sharing is caring? or enabling...

But I see what you mean about a discounts section for products and services members find around different sites.

I'm trying not to add too many subforums, but I think what I can do is turn the giveaways section into a Giveaways & Discounts section. From there, I can add in prefixes (you can see I've been dying to use prefixes for a long time): one for giveaways and one for discounts.

We do still need rules for that section, so that's also on my to-do list.

I'll need to make the rules a little later, so I'll leave this as unresolved for now.

We've kept the rules relaxed for now but there is room to amend them later to be a bit stricter as necessary.
