Thanks to @Dopious , he given me this idea on my thread, that Makes me to submit this suggestion..

Like Today's Birthdays" Widget:
We know XenForo offers a built-in widget that displays members birthdays for the current day.

Birthday Calendar Add-on:
use add-ons like "Birthday Calendar" to create a calendar that displays birthdays.

Birthday Threads Add-on:
An add-on like "Birthday thread" can automatically create threads for members' birthdays.

Happy Birthday Emails Add-on:
This add-on automates sending birthday messages to members.

Can any one of these be implemented.?

There's a widget called Today's Birthdays. I could do that one rather than use an add-on.

We're at the point where we need to go based on suggestions for new additions, so if this suggestion gets 5 upvotes, I'll add it as a widget on the members page. :)

Hope this thread gets 5 Upvotes Sooner..

I can't vote my own threads, but
+1 as vote comment ;)
It's -3 votes so far.

I'll wait a day before changing the prefix, but it seems like several members aren't keen on the idea.

Yesterday it was +2 Upvotes and today votes went down minus 3

Okay, no problem with that, but why aren't keen on this idea..

It would be nice to hear good reason from member who downvotes the idea.. it's pretty so simple to hit down votes without reasons..

Maybe include the point, for downvotes - specify the reason in the comment likely*

They can always comment, but nobody's obligated to do so.

Some might not like the idea of their birthday being displayed for privacy reasons, so that might be why. Even I used to hide my birthday on the forum, but that's because I don't celebrate it.

It's at -4 now.

I was going to wait a day, but I know there are at least 2 upvotes on this, so I get the feeling... that the community... is trying to say they don't want this.

Sorry @back2form, but it was a nice suggestion anyway. :)

Its Okay, No problem - Thank you!

I am sorry mate, the 5th vote was mine because I don't want this.
I respect that you posted in here and said the reason why. There's nothing wrong with downvoting something just because you don't want the feature.

Thank you for participating in the voting process as it also helps us get a good idea of what kind of features others don't want to see here.

Second minus was from me since I do not like to share that.

I like to keep anonymous, only my close friends need to know personal questions like that.

This might be the most rejected suggestion on OO so far...
I’d like to suggest that any questions or threads asking for personal information should be barred. Sharing personal details, even voluntarily, poses a real social engineering risk.

Sure, no one is forcing anyone to interact with those threads, but a new member or someone who currently doesn't think much about protecting their personal information, might end up sharing sensitive details regularly.

In that case, who would be responsible if something happens: the forum for allowing the environment where personal information is requested, or the individual who shared their details?

Jeez @Rem, the suggestion is dead. Trying to make sure it can't come back? :ROFLMAO:
just to be clear
besides my downvote
i haven't bothered with it at all
this project aint gonna code itself lol

I think we should have a separate thread on that topic in the suggestions section.

We can add a doxxing rule if you're referring to that, but in terms of sharing personal information, we'd need to define what is and isn't allowed here and if this is considered too controlling for the forum. For instance, what if I want to share my name here? Would I be breaking this rule?

We'd also need to determine the moderation actions to be taken in these cases. Do they get a warning or is the content just removed.
