Do headsets look unprofessional or old school for business meetings these days?

I usually wear the old headset and mic for business meetings but it’s like everybody switched to earbuds these days.

I don’t know how my headset comes across but does it look unprofessional for meetings these days?

I'm sorry to hear about this issue though. It's quite unfortunate to find people like this in a large crowd.

But my life wasn't colorful too. I had to spend time with sociopathic personalities not caring about anything... I'm glad there are better ones like on this forum, who are still maintaining black hat hehe.

You can stream without cam btw. Or use virtual avatar.

Most people these days use in-ear headsets that are barely visible. Personally, I don't really care what kind of headset someone is wearing. You're there to understand the people talking, not to show off your stylish in-ear headphones.

I think showing up to a meeting and giving your best interaction with the others in said meeting is more important than the equipment used - if you have a Mickey Mouse headset, use it.

I guess if it hasn’t caused me issues already then there’s no need to worry about it. I suppose it’s easy to start nit picking details when it comes to business.

This is the right idea. Don't focus too much on these little details unless there's actually an issue, otherwise you end up like those people obsessing over having a thigh gap. News flash: nobody cares.
