I used to have one of those Apple Watches, but watches aren’t really for me so I just kind of…. Lost it somewhere?

I see more people wearing these just out and about and that got me wondering if anyone here wears them and why?

Na, I had one 8-9 years ago, but never liked it.

Not an Apple Watch, but I had a Samsung Galaxy Gear (I think that’s what it was called).

I got it to track some health stuff, but I don’t like wearing watches, so I ended up giving it to my mother.

From what I know, she does still use it, so at least it was a good gift.

I don't use it. If I need reminder to track something, I sit next to a wall where there is place for posters and whiteboard and I have all my reminders there. Core things - drink water, go outside twice a day, eat every 4 hours, take drugs in the morning and in the evening.

I don't want to be distracted by alarm clocks and notifications. If I forget about drinking water, fck it, I get dehydrated and write something wicked.

My mother still uses old Nokia without android and with old-fashioned keyboard. She wonders why she depressed and stuck in life with the same patterns.

There are better and cooler ways to optimize life than smartwatches. Black hat...

Well, what to expect with a son like you rambling around at home talking her ears of KURWA you need to love your mom and be silent some times.

Well, almost... close... I think I know what you mean, but my brain confuses family love with romantic love. Brain fcker. I know what to do, but psychological and psychiatric shadow is strong. Imagine putting 20 years of effort into son and getting only ramblings.

I have some affection to people on this forum, well, I read their posts since years, so it's hard to reject these hard to swallow pills.

i feel that smart watches are too clunky
i dont mind a thinner "smart band" tho
i do wear that

I never actually had one. The concept is cool, but I fail to see the purpose of them, especially when you already have your phone with you.

The worst thing is being absent-minded. Maybe smartwatch can be a reminder to use our brains correctly. I don't know, but I think it'd be good use case for me. I frequently forget about my needs. Will buy myself $20 one.

I have a watch with a metronome (something for musicians) and it has some "smart" capabilities but I never used them.

Romantic love? You want to bang your mom? Did I read that right?
