According to the lawsuit, Apple's integration of Open AI's chatbot Chat GPT into the iPhone constitutes an anticompetitive collaboration that deprives consumers of alternatives.
The lawsuit was filed by Musk's companies X and XAI, which developed the chatbot Grok.
According to the application, competition is distorted to the point that it becomes impossible for any company other than Open AI to reach the coveted top of Apple's App Store charts.
