Resolved Emotes are Overlapping in Thread List

They look overlapping, which isn't bad but they don't have a transparent background so it looks kinda low quality and dodgy

The reactions are transparent. However, when they appear in the reaction summary on thread lists, they're given their own circular background colour that's blends in with the background they're on.

Personally, I also feel like it makes it look buggy and low-quality, so what I've done is adjust the background colour of the reaction summary to be different a colour.
