What a fckn week it has been huh, tell me about it, hmm.

So, what is rock`n at your place this weekend? Bed maybe, or what?

Well, really hoping your weekend is going to be dopious now, have a great weekend.

Glad to see this week behind me. It's been a nightmare all round.

Finish my laying my floor this week, next weekend will be entire weekend of sanding, filling, sanding and sealing and if weather holds for more than 5min this weekend start office refurb.

My son was going to scouts weekend but he's not now. So plans this weekend have all changed just taking it 1 day at a time.

Not relaxed, I think they're kicking out foreigners from Sri Lanka. Visa office was very empty and there was a lot of denied applications, literally some dude looking suspiciously at us in a room and crossing over most applications. They granted us 2 months extension only and took payment for 3 months. I guess that's enough time to either get another visa type sorted with immigration lawyer in Sri Lanka or to move to another country and get moving company, flight and visa application documents sorted for another country.

Typical sri lankan behaviour... They invited all of us in, promised Nomad Visa that they never granted and now they're kicking us out. After letting us live here for almost 2 years. I'm not overstaying, visas are paid and were always approved. They did similar thing to tourists - they said there will be free short term tourist visas and invited everyone to have vacation in Sri Lanka but they never approved the changes so tourists still had to pay visa fees, after they arrived at the airport.

Also courier from online groceries stole a bag of potatoes lol, but I yelled at them on whatsapp and they delivered missed item. Then the other day another courier stole some cosmetics, and lo an behold - dental floss. I initiated a refund and they delivered the items. Honestly, I've been plagued lately by stuff like that + washing machine and heater breaking, etc, also not feeling very well health-wise. So yeah, not good.

Talking with immigration lawyers but if it gets very expensive or just plain impossible (maybe they just want us to leave and that's it) we'll switch countries. I dread how much it will cost to move again. I actually wanted to incorporate here for visa purposes but not sure if it's even possible or I'll pay shittons of money for scammy lawyer, visa fees, etc and still won't be granted one.

No, fuck off. Literally mass rapes there, 7 dudes at a time raping and killing a woman, leaving her insides open. I understand that it's huge country and it might depend on region, some places are bad neighbourhoods, etc but as a foreigner it's too confusing and too potentially unsafe. I can't figure out which part is safe, if any. So no, I'm not considering immigrating to India. It's NOT a clone of Sri Lanka (or the other way around), women have way more rights in Sri Lanka (honestly, a lot of women that I met were quite independent and dominant), also people usually have 1-2 kids max, it's not overpopulated like India.

Dude, I'm eastern european, I'm not interested in dating a guy that can't buy me an apartment at least (separate). It is what it is. I know it's middle of a recession and we're all hustlers and most of us are in the process of figuring our finances out, talking is fine if someone is broke but has good personality. You live with your parents and are annoying so no talking either.

Checking out Latin America and Europe at this point. Would love to get something in Asia but each time I find something that I actually like I can stay 3, maybe 5 months max, it's annoying. Found a literal look-alike city in another asian country, I was so excited... Only 5 months stay in a year allowed. Jeez. Also they have winter, wtf.
