What do you mean I don't work?
Hmmm... mean we don't work full time, have our own idea of work... I don't call my work as work because work is an umbrella term for all people.

I think we make money, engineer our way to whatever we want.
I think "work" is a derogative term. It seems to be too generalistic.
I don't work. You can have own definition.

That's harassment at this point. You do realize I'm technically not even local anymore and never coming back? You don't understand this.
My post was my imagination of me and business relationship with imaginary client who is nice and soft... I created beautiful vision of business in my mind.

Many people run business in cooperation with their partners, friends.

In the past I was imagining people as monsters and beasts. But now I feel the chemistry. I always ask for consent and respect boundaries.

Risky stuff is that someone takes my visions personally or misinterprets them...

Well, for me it depends on where I am meeting you and the market around there. I have different rates on different platforms too

And that is where the balance comes in for me, because sometimes you meet clients who pay far more than what you think a project could be worth. To them, it is about the value they see in what you do.

In most cases like that, they pay me more than I genuinely think the work might be worth : )

The case is reversed for some clients too, so that is what really creates the balance for me
