Like most things I share I move on to something slightly better but it still is a viable option to find out what you need... Anyhow.
Everyone is still stuck on keywords like it's 1999, not many focus on users' intent and more so with AI overviews and snippets, you need to think more outside the box to win these slots and find opportunities you might not always consider when you are fixed on a keyword tool.
You need an AI tool to help you with this otherwise, it's a slog to scrape and manually find what you want:
Head on over to your favourite AI tool and enter something along the lines of:
The blue keyword or term should be what you want to focus on creating your article or content around.
The red keyword here is what niche or sector you are working within.
The green section is to list any relevant forums you might know about, cooking, finance etc, places like mums net and so on
What you are trying to do is find things that your audience is actually talking about, asking about and actually wants answers to, you can craft more meaning full information, something more relevant to your needs and helps you build up authority rather than chasing the same old keywords everyone else is doing.
The output comes back something like:
This let's you draft a more detailed bit of content and hopefully have something no one else is targeting or searching for. It gives you a straightforward forward easy win for the much-wanted and desired AI overview.
I've found if you are featured there, then you often get mentioned or featured when using Chat GPT search also..
You need to refine and adjust it a little bit based on your own requirements obviously this is a little bit broad so most will have an AI overview BUT most will list the same kind of resource for the content it's generated I've found for example if 3 youtube vides are being focused as the reference if you create a well documented article containing a table and a decent break down you can bump one of them channels off the featured AI list.
The more specific you become and targeted towards your topic or niche, the more opportunities you will find.

Pease find common topics and most often asked questions when it comes to car washing and polishing related to the car detailing niche.
Please list 100 - 150 or more of these terms and more importantly, questions that users ask that can be used to rank for featured snippet, what people also ask as well as the AI overview term.
Focus your search on social media, reddit, quora I'm looking to target UK users so anything specific to that audience would be great.
