So I’ve been trying to watch my calorie intake more lately. I really want to lose some weight in time for summer. You can guess why. 😏

For me I have to have 2800 calories for maintenance so I have been eating 2700 calories to lose weight. I added up what I was eating before and I was having like 3500 calories in a day! 😬

I'm at around 1200 calories per day, trying to lose a bit.
My "maintenance" is around 1600 because I despise leaving my home or of any type of exercise.
At least I like vegetables lol

It depends on the day and how I'm feeling. Sometimes it's just 1,500 calories a day; sometimes it's 3,000. But in general, it's around 2,000.

3500+ easily

Weight lifting / bulking is my core focus for the moment so need that intake

It must be above 2000, no? Or above 2500? I'm afraid to check. One time I checked and it was like male bodybuilder 😭. No, I'm not fat and yes, I'm very physically active for an invalid. If I get bored I just go dance around eh. I also do calisthenics, or rather did, should restart probably. My goal is medium weight + bulk/muscles but probably not extreme bulk. Just want to be healthy, not thin and sickly and not fat and also sickly from that. If I feel I ate too much I eat less the next day. Not starving myself, but still need to control a little to not end up puffed out like a baloon.

I know I’m not the best with making polls but if I eat 2500 idk what option to pick in the poll. Guess I’m gonna pick the lower range lmao

calories are irrelevant.thats a myth of the last decades.
do simply keto and you will lose weight quickly without limiting amount of food.
max 3 months.

human fat does not come from eating x calories or fatty staff but from over eating carbohydrates. (corn sirup, sugar, alcohol, starch, fruits etc)
You can eat as many as you want of food with very low/no carbohydrates like meat or some vegetables and you won't get fat and after some time even lose weight quickly as the body will burn your own fat which will be broken to carbohydrates to burn it in your mitrochondias

Yes, eventually you disappear because eating fat magically makes you thinner and thinner. :ROFLMAO: Eat sausage only and you can eat 20 thousand sausages a day. Omg, what a glitch.

i don't know what is funny.
Eating fat without carbohydrates wont make you a single gram more fatty.
People are really living in the past.Maybe read studies from the past 10 years and how the main cause of overweight, fat liver, diabetis is not fatty food but carbohydrates.

Not fat from food is being stored in your body but carbohydrates in the form of body fat.

People still beliving fat is creating body fat are kind a a bit remaind behind

@OP

Because it is? Same as excessive calories from protein. There's no way to maintain balance cutting one thing in favor of another long term. It's nonsense. It's called fad diet.
