So I’ve been trying to watch my calorie intake more lately. I really want to lose some weight in time for summer. You can guess why. 
For me I have to have 2800 calories for maintenance so I have been eating 2700 calories to lose weight. I added up what I was eating before and I was having like 3500 calories in a day!
