Heavily depends on the location you are living in. What is considered “rich” in a small town or a lower cost-of-living country can be very different from what is considered rich in places like New York, London, or Switzerland.
For example, in tier 3 countries, someone making around $3k–5k per month could already be considered wealthy compared to the average population. In tier 2 countries, that number is usually much higher, often somewhere around $10k–20k per month. In tier 1 countries with very high living costs, many people would probably not consider someone truly rich unless they are making well into six figures annually or have a very high net worth.
