depends on location and cost of live.
however if you can live passivly from the interest of your investment and compensate inflation than i consider it rich as you are free to do whatever you wish

Depends for some people even $300 also means being rich

$100k profit annually in Poland while working less than 8 hours, I'd say it's a king in Poland.

And I think it depends. Rich person for me can control certain variables in their life like these:

How much time you save and have, how many income sources do you have, how dependent on other people you are, how happy you are.

$1M in profit a year after taxes is rich. $10M in the bank or non borrowed assets earning you money is wealthy.

Yeah, sure. That's how much you need in India.

Yeah, sure. That's how much you need in Sweden.

But... why not just change countries. Flip-flop.

If you have money you can spend/invest/take a risk with and losing it entirely won't put a dent in your lifestyle, you're rich in my opinion.

It's relative.

Lots of people think being rich is the answer to problems but it's not. If you can't manage money having more just leads to more problems.

To answer the question though:

Rich for me is never being able to ask what something is worth. If there is no price, I can probably afford it. Going out for beers, food, whatever does not add any strain. To me that's rich.

Learn to manage money and anyone can be "rich"

You can be earning 100k have a ton of credit card debt, loans, car finance and you're left worse off per month than someone earning 30k with no debt.

Entrepreneur spotted...

I don't think that's the definition of an entrepreneur?

when you can live and go thru the rest of your life without needing look at or care about how much something cost
or if you have enough for your next incoming bill

Heavily depends on the location you are living in. What is considered “rich” in a small town or a lower cost-of-living country can be very different from what is considered rich in places like New York, London, or Switzerland.

For example, in tier 3 countries, someone making around $3k–5k per month could already be considered wealthy compared to the average population. In tier 2 countries, that number is usually much higher, often somewhere around $10k–20k per month. In tier 1 countries with very high living costs, many people would probably not consider someone truly rich unless they are making well into six figures annually or have a very high net worth.
