Resolved Inconsistencies in the rules

I'm almost sure I posted about it once before but couldn't find it.

Anyway, the rules here and here and not identical.

For example, under rule 1.5, the footer link says that a user or a group would be banned after 20 points and the thread says 12.

We tend to update the rules in the site guide first and then do a major update to the TOS later.

Given what you pointed out about the points, that would suggest it has been a little while since we did a major update to the TOS page, so we'll look into doing it again this week.

I saw this one was still under investigation, although it was fixed months ago.

We basically just have the rules in the TOS and took them out of that site guide. Having the same rules in multiple locations was just a leftover bad habit from the work I had to do before.
