I have a few lists of potential clients I can approach with a good case study and a great (yet expensive) offer.

So far I've been struggling a bit with cold emails for many reason, the main one being my inconsistency of sending them.
So, I made this thread with the goal of sending 10-15 good email per day Mon-Thu, and with the hope that updating it publicly would force me to invest the time to actually do it.

You have now publicly committed to sending these cold emails.

You got this, Roy.

So, I spent the last couple of days making myself a Google Sheet with the subject lines and body tests in formulas so it'll be easier to send. It turned out pretty nice, and it saved me tons of time.

Here are the three headlines I tried today. I really don't send this many emails, so I'm probably gonna have to stick to them for a few weeks.

1. (first name) <> Roy - How we helped [similar company] double their revenue
2. Google Ads Consultation - (first name) <> Roy
3. An offer for (first name) from a marketing agency that specializes in (niche)

Thanks again @Champagne for the suggestions

Another lesson I learned today is that no matter how much I try to simplify the "sending" process with Excel formulas, an unverified list of emails is pretty much worthless.

I took a few days off sending emails for a couple of reasons:
1. My data turned out to be really bad (very high % of hard bounces and wrong email)
2. My understanding that I will most likely not gonna make it with email marketing as this entire field is 5 levels above my understanding.

I'm now working on trying to get some fresh data, and I'll start from there.

great (yet expensive) offer.
Ooh nice, I'm following this.

Same problem, damn, you need to send so much more volume in comparison to social media dms to get responses, I always get demotivated.

Good luck.

How are you finding your data? Are these from scraped lists, or are you finding these contacts yourself?
The data is mostly from Apollo, but it turns out that it's pretty much outdated. Tons of bounces.

I tried approaching through contact forms and had some success, so I'm considering doing that and LinkedIn.

A few years ago I bought a DB of 7M B2B leads from another forum. Don't get me wrong - this probably the worst data I have, but it's pretty organized so I can go to prospects sites and go from there.

Exactly. There's a limit to how much ignoring I can take, especially that If I feel that someone came up with a decent offer, I reply to outreach emails I get.

Hey, if you still want to pursue this, I support you, there are ways, for sure you will find it!

Appreciate it, I still try to figure out a method that is both consistent and fits my character that is not too pushy when it come to sales.

I'm fine once I get to the meeting, but up until that point I struggle a lot.

Damn, sucks that you were getting crappy data. I've had good luck with LinkedIn outreach, but it's been harder for me recently thanks to how over saturated everything is.

You should definitely try the B2B leads from the database. I mean, you already bought it so it couldn't hurt. Hope you get some good leads from it, man.
