Often make notes on paper and or better a pad.

Having notes stored on a machine is good as well. Having digital notes are good for sharing internally between others.

Also is handy to have a digital copy when language can be a barrier between staff.

Easier to translate some text than hand writing.

Not saying this site does all that, just saying why having a digital version is good.

It's good to go if word or notepad will not going to work.. open and start writing, copy paste the details from web which you want to be.
