Lazy Loading Enabled

I posted about this feature in the changelog today.

Lazy loading has been added to Office Outlaw. I used not be very keen on this feature years ago, but I can see it's made some significant improvements over the years. I looked over everything as best as I could, but if you notice any new issues crop up, please mentioned them in the announcement thread here.

This should hopefully provide some performance improvements to the forum, especially in threads where a lot of images have been shared.

Like I said in the changelog post, if you notice any new issues with the forum related to performance, features no longer working, or broken images; then please let me know here.
