Letter From An Office Outlaw
May 11, 2025
May 11, 2025
This week was a little slower in terms of updates, but we ended up hitting some new records in terms of posts and activity.
I honestly needed to rest as I've kind of worked on this project non-stop since March.
The activity around the forum has just been amazing to see. As always, we ended up having so many different threads to choose from, which is great since I don't want to have to use my own threads for the newsletter
Many of the shares this week are various tools you can use for your next project.
Most Wanted Threads
These are the top 10 highlights of Office Outlaw that we noticed this week.
1. Best Free Link Management Tool Overall
Author: @back2form
Section: Tools At The Forge
"Your sales thread has been rejected due to the following reasons: 'best' is an unquantifiable claim and you cannot say 'free'. You may resubmit this thread once this issue has been fixed."
... Did I trigger any of you with that?
All right, so we've got a neat share this week from one of our Founding Members, @back2form. According to him, this free tool offers everything from retargeting to bio link pages, A/B testing, and deep analytics.
2. Free Order Form to Receive PayPal Payments
Author: @SEO FOX
Section: Tools At The Forge
I remember in the earlier days of my own business, I used order forms so that I could accept orders from clients.
Of course, some order forms are no longer free to use these days. Therefore, if you're in the marketplace for something free that allows you to accept orders and take payments at the same time, then check out this tool shared by @SEO FOX.
3. Have a Great Weekend, Outlaws!
Author: @content expert
Section: The Saloon
Up next, we've got a simple thread from one of our Platinum Members wishing everyone a great weekend.
4. Learn Machine Learning Course with Python A to Z
Author: @AOT
Section: Giveaways & Discounts
There's no denying that machine learning is the future. If you want to stay ahead of the competition, then perhaps it's time to learn how to learn more about it.
Thankfully, there are free courses you can take, just be aware that this course is set to not be free very soon from now, so get in on it while you can.
5. Been thinking of trying Search Atlas, any thoughts on it?
Author: @liquid death
Section: Tools At The Forge
Liquid Death, one of our moderators, started a thread asking our community if they've tried out Search Atlas.
If you don't know what it is, Search Atlas promotes itself as an AI SEO tool. They do offer a 7 day trial, so it's something to consider if you think this tool is worth it for your campaigns.
6. How to fully automate keyword research with AI agents
Author: @TheVigilante
Section: SEO Discussions
This was a nice find by @TheVigilante! It's a 4 minute YouTube video showing you how to automate keyword research with AI agents.
7. 'Before:' and 'after:' Google operators
Author: @Vix
Section: SEO Discussions
@Vix mentions that these are search operators that Google is beta testing right now.
If you don't know what search operators are on Google, there's a direct guide here.
8. Telegram Mini Apps
Author: @LuxRiches
Section: General Money Making
@LuxRiches started a thread to see if anyone has had success with Telegram Mini Apps. They seem mostly unheard of but could have great potential.
9. How long does it takes approval for Journey by MediaVine?
Author: @zakhej
Section: Monetisation
This is a thread that could do with a love as it did not get many responses when it was posted.
@zakhej is wondering how long it takes to get an approval for Journey by MediaVine. If this is something you know the answer, then it would help @zakhej out to know.
10. What's the story with your ad placements?
Author: @Outlaw
Section: Monetisation
Our very own @Outlaw posted a thread asking others what the deal is with their ad placements. Do you use auto placements or a plugin? Let us know in the thread!

Trick Shots From Office Outlaw
These tips are to help you become a better Office Outlaw.
This tip won't help you become a better office outlaw per se, but it's a question we get asked from time to time.
You see, sometimes the "outlaws online" widget say 30 members, but you might see fewer username than that.
We looked into this, and whenever someone has their status set to private, their username won't show up in the list unless you're a moderator. This is just how the widget works.
Office Outlaw Updates
We're always updating the site! This is what we've done this week.
I mentioned before that we had fewer updates this week compared to previous weeks. However, you'll still be pleasantly surprised by what was worked on.
Final Words
We've come so far in such a short span of time, outlaws! Let's keep it up!
A special thank you to @Impulse for helping me write the newsletter this week.
